خطوات حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق

يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه وبياناته فوريا وبكل سهولة باتباع الخطوات التالية

افتح تطبيق PicLock وسجل الدخول لحسابك
انتقل الى شاشة الإعدادات من القائمة
انزل الى اسفل الشاشة واضغط على خيار حذف الحساب نهائيا
قم بتأكيد طلبك وسيتم مسح الحساب وجميع البيانات فوريا من السيرفر

طلب الحذف في حال عدم وجود التطبيق

اذا قمت بحذف التطبيق من جهازك وترغب في حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به من قاعدة البيانات يمكنك مراسلتنا مباشرة

قم بارسال رسالة بعنوان طلب حذف حساب PicLock مع ذكر اسم المستخدم المسجل بالتطبيق وسيقوم فريق الدعم بمسح بياناتك بالكامل خلال 24 ساعة كحد اقصى

حذف فوري كامل بيانات الهوية والحساب واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور المشفرة ومعرف الحساب
حذف فوري كامل الجلسات والتوكنات النشطة وسجلات الدخول
حذف فوري كامل الوسائط المشفرة ومفاتيح التشفير المرتبطة
مدة الاحتفاظ صفر ولا يتم الاحتفاظ باي نسخ احتياطية بعد اتمام الحذف

Users of PicLock developed by NoctraLab can permanently delete their account and associated data anytime

How to delete your account inside the app

Open the PicLock app and sign in
Go to Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm your request to immediately wipe your account and all records

How to request deletion if the app is uninstalled

Send an email to technical support

support@noctralab.com

Send an email with subject PicLock Account Deletion Request mentioning your registered username and our support team will permanently delete your records within 24 hours

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Permanently Deleted User ID username encrypted password hashes and authentication records
Permanently Deleted Active session tokens and security credentials
Permanently Deleted Ephemeral encrypted media files and release keys
Retention Period Zero days No personal data or backups are retained once deleted
